Begin your journey with a gentle warm-up led by Sofia Villeda, former professional dancer, releasing tension and awakening your senses,unlocking your feminine power and expression through dance.
Voice Healing:
Activate your throat chakra and raise your energy through communal singing of empowering songs in a safe, judgment-free space. Connect with yourself and others through sound, not performance.
Ecstatic Dance & Soulful Beats:
Surrender to the rhythm of curated music designed to ignite your spirit and awaken your body's energy. Move intuitively, express your emotions, and release stress as you embark on a transformative journey.
Networking & Non-Alcoholic Bar:
After the dance session, connect with like-minded women in the cozy atmosphere of our non-alcoholic bar, sharing experiences and building new friendships.
